How proposed AI minute usage works
AI Operations includes one primary English/Spanish operator. Portfolio proposes up to three departmental agents, subject to provisioning and routing validation before activation. Agent names, prompts and approved voice/style settings are configured within the agreed scope; unlimited custom agents are not included.
Included minutes are pooled per account per month, including across approved department agents. Billing increments, rounding, unused allowance rollover, billable transfer segments and other exclusions must be confirmed in your written order before activation.
The examples below use billed minute totals after the agreed metering rules. Live metering and billing are not connected to this preview.
